Can Ramblings transcribe without internet?
Record can transcribe saved audio on your phone after you download the offline model. Cloud notes and web sync need a connection. On-device structured notes require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence.
Can I use it for phone calls?
Ramblings records through the microphone; it does not capture system call audio. Choose dedicated call-recording hardware if that is your main use case, and obtain the consent required for your recordings.
Do I need an account to record?
No account is needed for local recording or offline transcription. Cloud notes require sign-in. Web sync can use an account or a secret link; anyone with the management link has full workspace access.
